Throughout the year, our Little Stars master the fundamental building blocks of movement, including:

Every 45-minute class begins with an engaging warm-up before moving into high-energy action songs and themed dance activities. Children dance to age-appropriate music, including Disney favourites and well-loved children's songs, ensuring every class is filled with joy and familiarity.
Learning Through Imagination & Play
Our studio transforms into a magical world each week. Using props such as butterfly wings, magic wands, silky scarves, princess crowns and pirate hats, children explore movement in a way that stimulates creativity and builds self-expression.
We also introduce rhythm and musical awareness using instruments, rhyme and interactive activities — helping develop listening skills, timing and coordination.
Most importantly, children learn in a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere where self-confidence and self-esteem grow naturally.

Little Stars are encouraged to participate in our Studio Wolfe showcases throughout the year, including performances at prestigious venues such as the Cork Opera House.

What age group is Little Stars for?
Little Stars is our preschool dance programme for children aged 3–4. It's designed as a first introduction to dance, so no previous experience is needed — just a little one who loves to move.
What should my child wear to their first class?
To start with, comfortable clothing is perfect — leggings and a t-shirt work great. We sell the official Little Stars dance uniform in studio, and we run several uniform shop dates throughout the year so you can pick it up once your child has settled in.
How long is each Little Stars class?
Each class runs for 45 minutes, once a week during term. Every class includes a warm-up, action songs, themed movement games and a routine the children work on together.
Where are Little Stars classes held?
Little Stars runs at all three Studio Wolfe locations in Cork — Douglas, Donnybrook and Blarney. You can check times and availability for each location using the booking timetable on this page. Is Little Stars suitable for a complete beginner or a shy child?
