Studio Wolfe

These Terms & Conditions govern enrolment in classes and participation in activities provided by Studio Wolfe. By enrolling in Studio Wolfe classes via our website or Studio Wolfe App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrolment & Acceptance

1.1 Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment via the Studio Wolfe website or Studio Wolfe App.

1.2 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a student’s place in a class.

1.3 Confirmation of enrolment establishes a contract for the provision of performing arts tuition and related services for the applicable term.

2. Fees & Payment

2.1 Fees are payable in advance of the term via the Studio Wolfe website or Studio Wolfe App.

2.2 All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

2.3 For new students only, refunds of the balance of the term fee (less a minimum €50 booking fee) may be requested up to the end of the third week of term.

2.4 After the third week of classes, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2.5 Fees are reviewed annually.

3. Term Structure

3.1 Classes take place weekly during the academic term dates as communicated by Studio Wolfe.

3.2 Studio Wolfe reserves the right to amend term dates where necessary.

4. Cancellation & Withdrawal

4.1 Refund requests (where applicable under Clause 2.3) must be submitted in writing.

4.2 Failure to attend classes due to illness, holidays, scheduling conflicts, or personal choice does not entitle a student to a refund or fee reduction.

4.3 Studio Wolfe reserves the right to cancel or merge classes where necessary. In such cases, an appropriate alternative or credit will be offered where possible.

5. Online Classes & Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Studio Wolfe reserves the right to move classes to an online format where required due to exceptional circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

• Government-imposed lockdowns
• Public health restrictions
• Travel restrictions
• Force majeure events

5.2 Where classes move online, fees remain payable in full and no refunds will be issued on this basis.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

6.1 Studio Wolfe is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

6.2 Studio Wolfe reserves the absolute discretion to remove or suspend a student from classes where behaviour is deemed unacceptable, including but not limited to:

• Disruptive behaviour in class
• Bullying or intimidation
• Inappropriate conduct in person or online
• Behaviour that brings Studio Wolfe into disrepute
• Failure to represent Studio Wolfe in a positive manner

6.3 In such circumstances, fees will not be refunded.

7. Photography & Media

7.1 Studio Wolfe may take photographs and video recordings during classes, rehearsals, performances, and studio events for:

• Marketing and promotional purposes
• Social media
• Website content
• Archival and record-keeping purposes

7.2 If a parent/guardian does not wish their child to appear in photographs or recordings, written notice must be provided to Studio Wolfe in advance.

8. Health & Safety

8.1 Students participate in classes at their own risk.

8.2 Parents/guardians (or adult students) must inform Studio Wolfe of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs prior to participation.

8.3 Studio Wolfe reserves the right to refuse participation where it believes a student is not medically fit to take part.

9. Personal Property

9.1 Students are responsible for their own belongings.

9.2 Studio Wolfe accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought onto the premises.

10. Liability

10.1 Studio Wolfe’s liability is strictly limited to class time only and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, only in cases of gross negligence.

10.2 Studio Wolfe shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, natural disaster, government action, public health restrictions, supplier failure, or labour disputes.

11. Changes to Classes & Timetable

11.1 Studio Wolfe reserves the right to make changes to:

• Class times
• Teaching staff
• Venues
• Programme content
• Delivery method (including moving to online delivery where necessary)

11.2 Studio Wolfe will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of any changes.

12. Collection of Students

12.1 Parents/guardians must ensure students are collected promptly at the end of each class.

12.2 Studio Wolfe cannot accept responsibility for supervising students outside of scheduled class times.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Studio Wolfe and the student (or parent/guardian).

13.2 Studio Wolfe reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on the Studio Wolfe website.
